MOSCOW, Aug 13 (PRIME) -- Parents of 19.4 million children have received 10,000 rubles to buy school supplies, the Labor Ministry said in its Instagram on Friday.
"Parents of 19.4 million school-aged children have received one-time payments," the statement read.
The payments started to be disbursed August 2, while an application can be filed until November 1.
